Refund Policy
Because your wine order is shipped directly from Portugal and it is a food item, returns are not possible.
Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product that arrived damaged or did not meet your satisfaction. Please indicate if you want a replacement of the same product or a refund. If the same product is no longer available because of changes in vintage or out of stock at the winery, then we will offer you the latest vintage or a refund.
Shipping
We consolidate all orders received each week by noon Friday US Central Time for our air freight shipment the following week. Our goal is to provide the most efficient delivery of your order as fast possible, but airline schedules, delays and weather are beyond our control.
In September 2023, we started shipping to wine explorers in our home state of Texas. We will start shipping in 2024 to additional wine explorers in AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL. IN, MA, MD, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, VA, WA & DC. Our goal is to ship to all States that allow direct to the consumer shipping by the end of 2024.
